Document Description
The project is limited to 5 encroachments. One encroachment is for a historic stock pond used for suppression and emergency water. A second encroachment is for a newly constructed rainwater catchment pond used for cannabis cultivation. A third encroachment is to maintain an appropriately sized functioning 36 inch culvert on a class II watercourse. A fourth encroachment is to maintain an appropriately sized and functioning 30 inch culvert on class III watercourse. A fifth encroachment is to maintain an appropriately sized and functioning 36 inch culvert on class III watercourse. The Permittee has disclosed a permitted water well and two ditch relief culverts. Work will include use and maintenance of the infrastructure.
