Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0672-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Kenneth Moen.
The project is limited to one (1) encroachment. The encroachment is for water diversion from a well hydrologically connected to Tenmile Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use and irrigation. The notification also disclosed an existing lined rainwater catchment pond, and proposed monitoring and management of bullfrogs
