Document Description
The project is limited to two encroachments to manage existing onstream ponds consistent with the terms of this Agreement and improve pond infrastructure where necessary. Pond overspills shall be sized for passage of the 100-year flow and designed to minimize erosion and water quality degradation. Permittee shall maintain embankments in good condition and ensure adequate freeboard to minimize the risk of failure. The Permittee shall monitor and manage for American Bullfrogs, including annual pond-drawdown and/or manual removal as needed.
