Document Description
One encroachment is for water diversion from an unnamed tributary to Sherwood Creek from an onstream
reservoir. Water is diverted for domestic use. Work for the water diversion will include installation, use and
maintenance of the water diversion and bypass infrastructure. The 4 other proposed encroachments are to upgrade
undersized stream crossings. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the failing
crossings, replacement with new properly sized crossings, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as
necessary to minimize erosion.
