Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-04014-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Dennis Wilburn. The project is limited to seven (7) encroachments. One (1) encroachment is for maintenance of an existing pond and a 36-inch diameter stream crossing/pond outlet culvert that was previously replaced. Additional work at this location will include installation of an extension "chute" at the culvert outfall, and rip rap, if necessary, to prevent erosion. The other six (6) encroachments are for removal of trash, a discarded AN, fuel and fertilizer containers and various other materials, from streams or from locations where they may pass into streams. The project also includes installation of erosion control in areas that were previously graded.
