The project is limited to one (1) encroachment (Table 1). Encroachment 1 is for water diversion from unnamed spring, tributary to South Fork Eel River. Water is diverted for domestic, irrigation and industrial purposes. Work for the water diversion will include replacement of an existing spring box, and use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. New water diversion infrastructure will continue to divert water via gravity.
