Document Description
Project is limited to 3 encroachments. One encroachment is for a water diversion from a spring at the head of a class III watercourse. Water is diverted from a pipe driven into the soil profile and transferred through a 1 inch PVC pipe to storage for domestic household use. A second encroachment is for an existing pond impounded on a class III watercourse. The pond is used for water storage for cannabis cultivation. A third encroachment is to replace a failing 24-inch culvert with a minimum 36-inch culvert. Permittee also disclosed a properly sized and functioning culvert at the overflow for the pond and an undersized culvert that is under the jurisdiction of the Home Owners Association that has been identified for replacement. Work for the water and stream crossing will include use and maintenance of the infrastructure.
