Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-MEN-04734-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Dustin Decker. The project is limited to 12 encroachments) (Table 1). The Spring Diversion encroachment is for a water diversion from a spring for domestic use and irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The other 11 encroachments are to decommission steam crossings or upgrade undersized stream crossings. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the crossings, restoration of the stream channel (for decommissioned crossings) or replacement with new properly sized crossings, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
