Document Description
The project is limited to five (5) encroachments. Three (3) encroachments are to upgrade undersized culverts. One (1) encroachment is for replacement of the outlet of an existing pond. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the failing culverts, replacement with new properly sized culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. One (1) encroachment is for maintenance of an existing stream crossing culvert and installation of a rock apron at the outlet.
