- The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0390-R1_Medina, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Alex Medina. The project is limited to 2 encroachments. The first encroachment is for removing an unpermitted micro-hydro stream alteration consisting of concrete and plastic pipe and restoring the original channel. The other proposed encroachment is to replace a failing and undersized stream crossings. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, removal of the failing crossings, replacement with new properly sized crossings, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion
