- The project is limited to 2 encroachments. One encroachment is for water diversion from a spring box at the springhead of an unnamed class three watercourse that is transferred through 1 inch poly pipe to storage in closed tanks and in a small pond for cannabis cultivation and domestic household use. A second encroachment is for the small pond used for storage. The Permittee has also disclosed and not notified for a 36-inch culvert on a class III watercourse that is sized appropriately and functioning correctly. Work for the water diversion and stream crossing will include use and maintenance of the diversion infrastructure.
