Two amendments to the Mendocino County Code to add (1) Ch. 10A.17, Medical Cannabis Cultivation Ordinance, to the Agricultural Code; and (2) ch. 20.242, Medical Cannabis Cultivation Site, to the Inland Zoning Code. Together these regulations (referred to as the "Medical Cannabis Cultivation Regulation") will govern activities related to the cultivation of medical cannabis and establish limitations on the location and intensity of cannabis cultivation in the unincorporated areas of Mendocino County.
