Document Description
The project is limited to 1 encroachment. The encroachment is to upgrade a failing and undersized 42" diameter culvert with a minimum 60" diameter culvert. Work will include excavation, removal of the failing culvert, replacement with new property sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
