- Document Description
- The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0191-R 1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Andrew Burns. The project is limited to four (4) encroachments. One encroachment is to remove a failing culvert on a pedestrian/ATV trail and replace it with a rocked ford (described in the notification as a rock lined rolling dip). On the same trail, an existing drainage ditch will be upgraded to a rocked ford (Encroachment 2). Work for these encroachments will be performed manually (not using heavy equipment). If appropriate, rock from the property may be used in construction of the rocked fords. Encroachments 3 and 4 are for removal of up to 65 cubic yards of fill spoils from two previously graded pads. Work for these encroachments will be performed manually (not using heavy equipment) and removed materials will be moved using an A TV, truck and/or trailer.
