Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-MEN-02711-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Ms. Petra Buchanan.
The project is limited to three (3) encroachments. One (1) encroachment is for water diversion from an spring, an unnamed tributary to East Fork Russian River. Water is diverted for domestic use. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure.
The two (2) other proposed encroachments are for maintenance of existing stream crossing culverts. Work for these encroachments will include removal of accumulated sediment and debris, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
