- The project is limited to 1 encroachments. The encroachment is for water diversion from an unlined pond that is tributary to Elkhorn Creek. The pond is filled during the wet months from flow that originates at a spring above the pond. Water is diverted for storage for cannabis cultivation. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure.
