This project was initiated in response to a CDFW Notice of Violation (NOV) letter dated October 24, 2018. Work covered under this Agreement is limited to remediation activities at three stream encroachment locations necessary to reduce direct and/or indirect adverse impacts on fish and wildlife resources associated with past cannabis cultivation activities. This Agreement does not include work activities related to continued or future cannabis cultivation at the project parcel.
