- Document Description
- The project is limited to one encroachment. The encroachment is for stream restoration that will un-culvert the greatest extent of the stream feasible and restore natural habitats. Restoration will include relocation of some infrastructure, including cannabis cultivation areas that do not meet stream setback requirements. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, removal of unpermitted culverts, restoration of stream channel, replacement with new properly sized crossings (where authorized by CDFW), backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
