Project is limited to 1 encroachment. One encroachment is for a water diversion from an existing instream pond. Water is diverted for domestic and cannabis cultivation uses. The pond is situated on confluence of two class three streams and appears to have been constructed over thirty years ago and currently sustains considerable wildlife habitat values. Work for the pond water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure.
