One (1) encroachment is for repair of hydroelectric generation infrastructure installed on a stream bank. Activities will include operation and maintenance of existing infrastructure, and any work necessary to bring the existing diversion and associated infrastructure into compliance with this Agreement. The three (3) other proposed encroachments are to upgrade failing or undersized culverts on existing roads, and the outlet on an existing pond. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the culverts, replacement with new properly sized culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
