- Document Description
- The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0628-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. John Mark. The project is limited to one (1) encroachment (Stream Crossing 1 ). The proposed encroachment is for replacement of an undersized culvert. Work for this encroachment will include excavation, removal of the undersized culvert, replacement with a new properly sized culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. The notification identified two additional stream crossings which are not covered under this Agreement. The notification disclosed two wells as the water source for the property, and a rainwater catchment pond that is not used for cannabis irrigation.
