Document Description
The project is limited to one encroachment. The proposed encroachment is to upgrade an existing stream crossing. Work for the encroachment will include removal of decaying logs used to buttress the road fill, removal of an undersized 12" culvert placed within the channel above the crossing inlet, installation of a 5-foot extension to the inlet of the existing 24-inch culvert, backfilling and compaction of fill , and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. All work will be completed when the stream is dry, and no surface water is present.
