Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0233-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Noah Churma. The project is limited to two encroachments to replace culverts at road/stream crossings. Work for the first encroachment
includes replacing the existing 36" culvert with a minimum 60" diameter culvert. Work for the second encroachment includes replacement of the existing 36" and 48" culverts with a minimum 60" diameter culvert. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the failing culverts, replacement with new properly sized culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion.
