Document Description
The project is limited to one encroachment. The proposed encroachment is for general maintenance of stream crossing culvert. Maintenance work for this encroachment will include debris clearing and armoring as needed. The Notification discloses an additional feature of interest. An existing well is used for domestic water. CDFW did not evaluate hydraulic connection of the well to surface water, nor was a hydrogeologic evaluation prepared by a licensed geologist provided for CDFW review.
