The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0483-R1 , pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Efren Turner. The project is limited to one (1) encroachment. Encroachment 1 is for water diversion from an unnamed tributary to the Russian River. Water is diverted for domestic use. Work for the water diversion will include work to bring the water diversion into compliance with the Agreement, and use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The notification disclosed water delivery as the sole source of irrigation water for the parcel.
