The project is limited to 2 encroachments (Table 1 ). One encroachment is to replace an undersized culvert. Work will include excavation, removal of the failing culverts, replacement with new properly sized culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill , and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. The second encroachment is to correct a stream diversion by installing a culvert. Work will include backfilling and compaction of fill , rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion, and the installation of a critical dip.
