Document Description
The project is limited to 7 encroachments. Two encroachments are for water diversions from unnamed tributaries to Sherwood Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use and irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The 5 other proposed encroachments are to upgrade failing and undersized culverts. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the failing culverts, replacement with new properly sized culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. The Notification also discloses tow other water sources that are not covered by this Agreement. A rain catchment pond and the use of a proposed well located at Lat/Long 39.5068, -123.4223. The well is the sole source of water for irrigating cannabis on the property.
