Document Description
The project is limited to 3 encroachments. Two encroachments are road crossings on unnamed tributaries to Vasser Creek. Crossing-1 is to permit necessary in-stream maintenance of an existing crossing. The work at Crossing-2 is to remove two culverts that are hydrologically connected to a stream. The culverts provide an outlet for an off-stream reservoir that will be removed since all water demands are met by the well. Work for these encroachments will include excavation, removal of the culverts, backfilling and compaction of fill, and rock armoring as necessary to minimize erosion. The third encroachment is to fully remediate a historic cannabis cultivation and homestead site by removing all non-native debris including the existing cabin from the unnamed tributary to Vasser Creek. Permittee shall provide for CDFW review and approval a Site Remediation and Restoration Plan (SRRP) within 60 days of receiving a final LSAA. SRRP plan shall include measures to prevent delivery of any sediment or non-native materials and preclude establishment of invasive plants.
