The project is limited to two encroachments. The first proposed encroachment is for use and maintenance of a stream crossing. Work for this encroachment will include rock armoring, as necessary, to minimize erosion. The second proposed encroachment is for monitoring of a pond immediately adjacent to a stream. Pond monitoring will include annual evaluation of structural stability, potential for erosion into the adjacent stream, and management of invasive species.
