Document Description
The project is a tentative parcel map to divide a 36-acre parcel into four lots (three at 5 acres and one at 5.3 acres) and a remainder lot (15.7 acres). Proposed lot (with the existing residence and accessory structures) will continue to access Honey Run Road. Proposed lots 2, 3, 4 and the remainder lot will be served by a private cul-de-sac. The lots will be served by individual well sand septic systems. The applicant has requested an exception to the road standard width (from 20 feet wide to 18 feet wide).
