The proposed project would be located on a 15.30 acre parcel (Assessor Parcel Number (APN) 143-040-124) within the Stadium Area Master Plan area, bounded by Dowdell Avenue to the east, Labath Avenue to the west, Carlson Avenue to the north, and Hinebaugh Creek to the south. The northern portion of the site includes plans for the Residences at Five Creek, which proposes to include 135 multifamily residential units, 34,400 sq. ft. of commercial space, a 132-room hotel, and a 0.65 acre park. The southern portion of the site includes plans for a new City of Rohnert Park Public Safety facility (fire station) and Public Works corporation yard.
