- The proposed amendment to the Stadium Area Master Plan Final Development Plan includes changes associated with two proposed development projects on 15.30 acres within the plan area: the residences at Five Creek and the City Public Safety/Public Works facilities. The Residences at Five Creek project proposes 135 multifamily residential units, 34,400 sf of commercial space, a 132-room hotel, and a 0.65 acre park on 12.5 acres. The project also includes a proposed new +/- 7,500 sf City of Rohnert Park Public Safety facility (fire station) and public works corporation yard to include an administration building (6,400 sf), warehouse and shop buildings (17,060 sf), equipment shed (2,500 sf) and storage area (2,500 sf) on 3 acres.
