Document Description
The Tracy Village Project is a proposed gated community consisting of up to 600 single family detached residential homes. The project would include three man-made lakes totaling approximately ten acres, along with a community recreation center with pool, spa and bocce courts, open space, and trails/pathways. The following schools are located within a mile distance from the project site: Hirsch Elementary, Monticello Elementary, and Anthony Traina Elementary. The project site is within the City's Sphere of Influence.
