The proposed project includes a rezoning from R-1-6(H) Single family residential, Hillside Combining District and open space district to preliminary and precise planned district (P-2016-00270), Tentative tract map no. 8330, Historical Architectural review, and preliminary grading plan to facilitate development of 56 detached, single family homes on 17.88 net acres of an approximately 20-acre site. Two single family houses, one located at 42012 Mission Blvd and one located at the foot of the hill at 42078 Mission Blvd property would be demolished. A potential historic register resource (Rodrigues Farmhouse at 41948 Mission Blvd) and an existing single-family house (42092 Mission Blvd) will be preserved.
