Document Description
The proposed 111.6-acre project includes mass grading to construct a vehicle inspection center (VIC), which would be used for storage and inspection of used vehicles prior to the vehicles being shipped to buyers at offsite locations. In addition, the project site will have two storm water systems, one for handling stormwater in the northern portion of the Project site, and one for the southern portion. The project will result in the conversion of 83.82 acres of vernal pool and wetland complex habitats including permanent impacts to 8.195 acres of aquatic habitat features
