The Project consists of the commercial development of a vehicle inspection center on a 111.6-acre parcel requiring the fill of 0.976 acre of seasonal march, 0.375 acre of seasonal wetland, 0.026 acre of stream channel, 0.281 acre of vernal pool, and 6.067 acres of wetlands, waters deemed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to be outside of federal jurisdiction, in order to create useable development space.
