The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLA-45647-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Buzz Oates Construction, Inc. The Placer Commerce Center Project encompasses approximately 427.5 acres and includes a multi-tenant business park with associated infrastructure and roadway improvements. The current Phase 1 project is limited to 76.9 acres of backbone infrastructure improvements along and adjacent to Foothills Boulevard North and Athens Avenue and includes mass grading and the construction of stormwater management systems, removal of 3 existing culverts and the extension of an existing culvert underneath Foothills Boulevard North, new storm drain structures, and the extension of 4 existing culverts underneath Athens Avenue.
