Document Description
The overall project includes installation of approximately 8,100 linear feet of a north-to-south gravity trunk sewer line and supporting infrastructure along a portion of the existing alignment of North Foothills Boulevard and planned southern Foothills Boulevard extension alignment. The new trunk line will consist of approximately 5,500 feet of 27-inch vitrified clay pipe (VCP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipe, or ductile iron pipe within the Placer Ranch Specific Plan (PRSP) area and approximately 2,600 feet of 30-inch VCP/PVC/reinforced concrete pipe/ductile iron pipe in the portion of the project south of the PRSP area in unincorporated Placer County. South of the Placer County/Roseville City limit, the 30-inch trunk line will continue south to a point where it connects into an existing wastewater system in Roseville.
The overall project includes eight (8) separate sub-project activities including: jack and-bore install of new 27- inch trunk sewer line under an unnamed tributary to Pleasant Grove Creek, modification/extension of four (4) existing culverts underneath North Foothills Boulevard, grading for sediment basin construction, site clearing and grading, and connection to the existing wastewater system.
