Note: Extended Per Lead UC Davis proposes to construct a new 30,000 sf dining commons capable of seating 500 people, which would serve the Tercero Residence Hall Area. The project would include full commercial kitchen capability to provide a number of food platforms, retail, grab-n-go and convenience options for students and those members of the UCD community that work in the neighborhood. The project would include a loading dock for deliveries, outdoor seating opportunities, bicycle parking, site improvements and upgrades of the campus Hot Water and Chilled Water system required to support the new facility.
