The project would provide for development of 581 dwelling units, including 231 detached single family units on min 7,200 sf lots, 125 senior housing units, and 225 multiple family units developed as a min 20 units/acre. Also included is 24 acres of commercial/mixed use and 21.8 acres of parks, trails and open space.
