Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2016-0134-R5) to the project applicant, 84 Lumber Company. The project consists of a wholesale lumber and building material facility on a 10.7 acre site. Development on the site will consist of a 11,000 sq. ft. main building, a 6,000 sq. ft. shed, a railway spur, a retention basin, and landscaped setbacks. The remainder of the site will be paved with asphalt or concrete.
