Document Description
The applicant, medical investors group, LLC is proposing to construct a medical cannabis cultivation and manufacturing facility on 7.13 acres zoned C-3 Highway commercial within the city of Needles. The project site is located within an approved final parcel map (PM 19300) which includes five parcel lots. On lot 1 of PM 19300, the applicant will construct two buildings: 1) a two-story, 13,760 sf building to serve for office management and for manufacturing involving cannabis extraction, and 2) a 20,000 sf single story building to be used for cannabis cultivation activities for parcels 2 through 5.
