Document Description
Caltrans proposes to provide replacement planting and install irrigation on SR 41 at the Bush Street interchange in the city of Lenmoore in Kings County (PM R40.6/R41.1). The project would plant Valley oak trees and two species of drought-tolerant shrubs within Caltrans right of way. An automatic irrigation system with controller would be installed for the new landscaping. The new irrigation system would be extended to the existing Valley oaks planted in the interchange. The purpose of this project is to replace trees that were removed during construction of the Hanford-Armona Rehabilitation project in order to fulfill mitigation commitments.
