Document Description
The county proposes to refurbish Bonelli Equestrian Center in Frank G. Bonelli Regional Park, including removal of existing horse stables and other structures, and construction/installation of a barn with 24 stalls, a concession building with restrooms, fencing, a retaining wall, security lighting, a horse pan, picnic tables, and improvements to infrastructure (i.e. water, sewer, and storm water drainage). An existing drainage ditch in the northern portion of the project site would be regraded, and the project would include an approximately 3,000 sf biofiltration planter (i.e. detention basin) immediately east of the equestrian center for collection of on site storm water runoff.
