Document Description
The proposed project consists of the development of a 181-unit single family residential subdivision with lot sizes ranging from 7,200 sf to over 17,200 sf on the approximately 75-acre property. The project would also provide public and private open space, private recreational facilities (on site park), public and private trails, public and private streets, on- and off-site utility improvements (including off-site water distribution pipelines), and stormwater detention basins and water quality features.
