Document Description
Boy Scouts of America proposes an updated master plan for Camp Emerald Bay, operated since 1924, to include an increase in maximum occupancy from 375-950. The camp has operated at around 900 persons during peak months for several years while instituting water conservation measures resulting in a significant reduction of water use. They also propose upgrades over 20 years for camp housing, facilities, and improvements.
