Document Description
The proposed project is located on two parcels and will include a remodel 24-room hotel (10,177 sf), 5,755 sf restaurant/bar area, 886 sf office area, 5,665 sf convenient store and 346 sf retail cottage. The proposed project when completed would include a 24-room hotel, three restaurants (consisting of a total of 12,218 sf of indoor and outdoor dining areas, including a rooftop deck), a pool with bar area, covered parking garage, conference room, spa, gym, a 688 sf deli, and a 346 sf retail cottage. Special event uses are also proposed in the dining, deck and pool deck areas.
