Document Description
In response to the limited writ of mandate, OC San has prepared an Addendum to the EIR that: (1) provides additional information regarding the use of Lower Castaways Park as a construction staging area; (2) identifies an additional construction staging area at OC San Plant No. 2 for soil storage/drying activities; (3) modifies mitigation measure TRA-1 to eliminate any reference to additional construction staging or material storage areas; and (4) modifies and addresses the enforceability of Mitigation Measure AES-1. Collectively, these clarifications and additions are referred to as the “Modified Project.”
