Document Description
The Science Research Park Expansion Project (UC San Diego Project Number: 5533) proposes three new eight- to nine-story research buildings referred to as the North Building on Lot 5, the South Building on Lot 2, and the East Building on Lot 6. The buildings will also include retail and amenity spaces. Two parking structures are also proposed. The Project is required to comply with “Building Design” features described in the Revised Staff Report, including but not limited to fritted glass and vertical fins.
