Document Description
The Ridge Walk North Living and Learning Neighborhood would redevelop an approximately 7.5-acre underutilized infill site adjacent to Geisel Library and east of Ridge Walk to provide approximately 2,444 new student beds (2,194 net new student beds), with a residential life program, plus 11 beds for professional staff. The project would include student dining, wellness programming, study lounges, housing and offices for residential life staff, and replacement space for housing operations administrative staff currently located at Eucalyptus Point. In addition to housing, the project would also include general assignment classrooms, a permanent home for Marshall College academic and administrative programs, a consolidated home for the Economics Department, expansion space for the School of Global Policy and Strategy, and public realm and site utility infrastructure improvements.
